Backups skipped (APAC)

Backups in the APAC region were skipped during the night of 16/17 March 2026 as an unexpected side effect of an infrastructure upgrade.

The issue has been resolved and normal backup schedules have resumed. If desired, customers can run a manual backup to catch up.
