RedApp unavailable

Update 10:14 UTC: The issue has been resolved and the RedApp is accessible again.

From 06:26 UTC on Thursday, 26 February, the RedApp (https://app.redstor.com) was unavailable for approximately 4 hours, with an error being shown on the landing page. Regional URLs (e.g. https://uk.app.redstor.com) remained accessible.

Scheduled backups remain unaffected.

Our engineers are investigating the cause of the landing page error. Updates will be provided as soon as possible.
