Some users may have experienced issues accessing the Platform between 11:30 and 12:45 UTC.
The underlying problem has now been resolved.

Users were unable to login to RedApp or to the Storage Platform using the Storage Platform Console. Storage Servers were unaffected for any ongoing backups or restores.
The Storage Platform was unable to correctly determine online status as the result of a dependency failure, so marked the Account Server components as unhealthy.

24/09/2025 12:57 UTC - All Account Servers returned to healthy status.
