RedApp outage on 10 September 2025

On Wednesday 10 September 2025, the RedApp suffered an outage due to a temporary backend service failure. Redstor became aware of the outage at 06:00 UTC. After resolving prohibitive technical issues, mitigation work began at 07:13 UTC. Traffic to the RedApp resumed across all regions at 07:44 UTC.

Our RedApp systems are being updated so that any single service issue will not prevent traffic to other downstream services in future. We are also improving the efficiency of our alert routing system.
