Platform

Managing separate credentials across multiple platforms adds friction for your team and your clients. Onboarding takes longer than it should, and the context-switching between cybersecurity and data protection creates unnecessary overhead.

For MSPs managing security services at scale, a fragmented login experience is more than an inconvenience. It slows everything down.

How we are solving for this

We're rolling out unified authentication across our Cybersecurity and Data Protection platforms, giving users a single set of credentials to access both platforms. Whether your team authenticates with Microsoft, Google, or email and password, the experience will be consistent and seamless across every platform.

For organisations that manage their own identity, you'll be able to bring your own SSO via Microsoft Entra ID, Okta, or any SAML-compliant provider.

And with MFA, step-up verification, authenticator apps, and passkey support, every account will be protected, with sensitive actions requiring fresh identity confirmation.

We'd love your thoughts

As we roll this out, we want to make sure it works for the way your team operates. A few things we're keen to hear from you on:

  • Which identity provider does your organisation currently use?

  • How much time does your team spend handling password reset requests today?

  • Are there specific authentication or SSO requirements we should know about?

👉 Drop your thoughts in the comments below, or reach out to our team directly.
