When end users can't see their own quarantined emails or track their security awareness training progress, the burden falls on your team.

Password reset-style requests for quarantine releases, chasing training completion, and fielding "where's my email?" tickets all add up to admin overhead that gets in the way of higher-value work.

What we're building

We're giving end users direct access to their own quarantine reports and security awareness training modules. Individuals will be able to view quarantined emails, manage their own preferences, and track their training progress without needing to raise a support ticket. Less back-and-forth for your team, and a more engaged, security-aware end user on the client side.

What to expect

  • Personal quarantine reports accessible at the user level

  • Access to individual security awareness training modules and progress reports

  • User-level preferences so individuals can manage their own experience

We'd love your thoughts

We want to make this as useful as possible for partners and end users alike. A few things we're keen to hear from you on:

  • How much time does your team currently spend handling quarantine-related requests from end users?

  • What information would end users find most useful to see in their personal quarantine report?

  • Are there other self-service capabilities you'd like to see added for end users?

👉 Drop your thoughts in the comments below, or reach out to our team directly.
